\nA credit card number or a prepayment is requested as guarantee of stay according to the conditions of sale of the reservations chosen.
\nII. Cancellation conditions
\nFor reservations without special rates, cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the day of arrival.
\nFor reservations with non-cancellable conditions -non-refundable: your prepayment will be retained.
\nFor \u201cbreakfast included\u201d bookings: cancellable at no charge up to 2 days before arrival
\nFor reservations \u201cearly stay\u201d: cancellable without charge up to 45 days prior to arrival date- If cancelled between 44 and 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of the total booking will be charged – If cancelled between 29 and 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be charged – If cancellation less than 14 days and no show: 100% of the reservation
