GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
I. Conditions of sale:
A credit card number or a prepayment is requested as guarantee of stay according to the conditions of sale of the reservations chosen.
II. Cancellation conditions
For reservations without special rates, cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the day of arrival.
For reservations with non-cancellable conditions -non-refundable: your prepayment will be retained.
For “breakfast included” bookings: cancellable at no charge up to 2 days before arrival
For reservations “early stay”: cancellable without charge up to 45 days prior to arrival date- If cancelled between 44 and 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of the total booking will be charged – If cancelled between 29 and 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation will be charged – If cancellation less than 14 days and no show: 100% of the reservation
The cancellation penalty fee is calculated on the total amount TTC reserved.
IV. Settlement Terms:
Prices are in VAT included. The VAT applied is 10% on accommodation and catering and non-alcoholic beverages and 20% on alcoholic beverages.
Tourist taxes are not subject to VAT.
Accepted payment methods are: cash, credit card, amex.
